Privacy at RootedFlow
RootedFlow publishes static informational pages about lifestyle rhythm. This notice explains, in plain language, what data might exist when you visit and what rights you can reasonably expect.
What we collect
If you host these files as plain HTML on a simple server, the host or your browser might create routine technical logs (IP region, browser type, timestamps). RootedFlow’s template itself does not include analytics pixels, accounts, or comment boxes.
The balance dashboard page uses minimal JavaScript only in your browser to multiply numbers you type. Those numbers do not leave your device unless your browser or an extension sends them elsewhere—a behavior RootedFlow does not request.
Cookies and storage
Many static pages set no cookies. If you later embed videos, maps, or newsletter forms, third parties might add cookies; disclose that in an addendum when you add them.

- Open the dashboard in a private window if sharing a household computer.
- Export your written food journal to paper weekly if you prefer offline archiving.
- Keep SSL (HTTPS) on whenever hosting goes public.
- Minimize embeds; each embed is a new data relationship.
- Link this policy from the footer consistently—as RootedFlow already does.
Your rights (general)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by an organization. Because this template site processes negligible personal data, many requests may be informational only—but serious hosts should provide a contact path.
Children
Content is general lifestyle information. It is not targeted at children; parents should supervise kitchen and hot-water activities.

Replace generic host references with your real company name, contact email, and jurisdiction. Add a sentence about analytics if you add any. Revisit after you change scripts or forms.
